After a fender bender on a snowy day my husband and I were towed with our car to Mark's. They went above and beyond in every aspect of their service, especially given the fact that we became very difficult customers! Our car insurance company kept giving us contradictory information on whether we were authorized to get some repairs done on site, and Mark was so wonderful and accommodating every time we told him to pause/start repairs. We felt so guilty! Furthermore, when we arrived a woman named Andrea quickly asked if we were hungry and wanted delivery menus, and when we said we were but we're vegan she actually went to pick up vegan Chinese food for us AND provided plates and cutlery. If you ever find yourself in the central square area, we highly recommend Mark's Service Center!!
