I have been with State Farm for 5 years; no tickets, no accidents, and I have even had every discount from good student to defensive driver. Yet I PAY THE SAME AMOUNT. And what do I get when I call questioning it? Literally told, "It won't get any better". They did not even care to see if they could update my information to lower the rates. When I requested to speak to Jeremy I was also told it probably wouldn't happen.
Jeremy and his team are great, helpful, and super speedy when you need a response. Always will get you the lowest rates whenever possible and truly cares about the customer when it comes to managing policies. I even moved out of the city 3 hours away and decided to stick with him.
