Stylist Erica, told me I couldn't get the hair color I wanted because they don't close for another 4 hours and my hair was gonna take about 1 hour to 2 hours to do. I'm not understanding what the problem was. I took her advice to try to highlights first they came out horrible. NEVER gong back
