After taking my 2013 ford focus in for transmission issues many many times they always said they couldn't find anything until the service manager himself told us that we are not aloud to bring the car in for service anymore for that issue. We brought it in to another local ford dealership and what do you know they found the problem and fixed it a couple months later when the parts came in. This dealership cares nothing about how to do things right! We even thought about purchasing another vehicle there until the sales man "Yelled at us literally" and told us we were not being realistic about a trade in of $12,000 for our 8 month old we just paid $21,000 for. Do business in Clay if you want real caring people.
This is rated one star because I haven't been there to buy a car but there's many car dealerships I'm sure this is one of the good car dealerships in Syracuse
I was treated very fairly from the start. Purchased a much more well optioned truck for $3k less than the offer from a much closer Ford store for a sparsely optioned model. This one is my third from Burdick over the years.
When the transmission failed at 40k on our Focus WE BOUGHT FROM HERE they refused to give us a loaner vehicle for the 2 weeks it was there in the shop. Husband lost his job over it. What, they don't have enough vehicles there to loan out when a factory-warranteed part fails? Worst customer service we've ever encountered anywhere.
